Since the deadline has passed to accept the $9M MBLC grant for the New Lynnfield Library and since the Finance Committee and Planning Board voted against reintroducing articles 10 and 11, there is no possibility for the New Lynnfield Library project based on the 2017 MBLC grant to move forward.
